JIHAN: Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian p-ISSN: xxxx-xxxx (print) e ISSN: xxxx-xxxx (online) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of posting articles in this journal, including the author, editor-in-chief, editorial board, peer-reviewers and publisher. This statement is based on COPE's Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Journal Publication Ethics Guidelines
Publication of an article in the peer-reviewed JIHAN: Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian is an important building block in the development of a coherent and respected knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support it. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree on standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers and the public.
Selamat Sri University as the publisher of JIHAN: Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian takes trusteeship over all stages of publishing very seriously, and we are aware of our ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints or additional commercial revenue does not impact or influence editorial decisions. In addition, UNISS Kendal Welcome University and the Editorial Board will assist in communication with other journals and publishers when this is useful and necessary.
Publication Decision
The editor of JIHAN: Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengandian is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal must be published. The validation of the work and its importance to researchers and readers should always drive those decisions. Editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and limited by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
Fair play
Editors at all times evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to the author's race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, nationality, or political philosophy.
Confidentiality
Editors and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the appropriate authors, reviewers, prospective reviewers, other editorial advisors, and the publisher, as appropriate.
Disclosure and conflict of interest
Unpublished material disclosed in submitted manuscripts may not be used in an editor's research without written consent from the author.
Reviewer Task
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Peer review assists editors in making editorial decisions and through editorial communication with authors can also assist authors in improving papers.
Speed
Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review research reported in a manuscript or knows that its rapid review is not possible must notify the editor and withdraw from the review process.
confidentiality
Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They may not be shown or discussed with others except as permitted by the editors.
Objectivity Standards
The review must be carried out objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees must express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Source Acknowledgment
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the author. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument is reported must be accompanied by an appropriate citation. Reviewers should also call the editor's attention if there are substantial similarities or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and other published papers of which they are personally aware.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest resulting from competition, collaboration, or other association or association with any author, company, or institution associated with the paper.

Reporting standards
Authors of original research reports must present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. The underlying data must be presented accurately in the paper. Papers must contain sufficient detail and references to enable others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
Data Access and Retention
Authors are required to provide raw data with respect to the paper for editorial review, and must be prepared to provide public access to such data (consistent with the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases), if possible, and must in any case be prepared to retain the data. for a reasonable time after publication.
Originality and Plagiarism
Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original acts and if the authors have used the work, or words of others that are properly quoted or quoted.
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
An author may not, in general, publish manuscripts describing substantially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same paper simultaneously to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
Source Acknowledgment
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others should always be given. Authors should cite influential publications in determining the nature of the work reported.
Paper Writing
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, conduct, or interpretation of the study being reported. Everyone who has made a significant contribution should be listed as a co-author. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they must be acknowledged or listed as contributors. Corresponding authors must ensure that all suitable co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included in the paper and that all co-authors have viewed and approved the final version of the article and have consented to its submission for publication.
Fundamental errors in published works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his published work, it is the obligation of the author to immediately notify the editor of the journal or publisher and work with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
